- What file formats do you accept?
- We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. STL is the most common format from CAD software. If you have a different format, our AI generator can help you create a printable file from a text description or image.
- How fast do you ship?
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our print farm in Austin, Texas. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders, which typically delivers in 2–3 additional days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
- What's the maximum print size?
- Our Bambu Lab X1C printers have a build volume of 256 × 256 × 256 mm. For larger objects, we can split your model into multiple parts and assemble them. Contact us for oversized projects.
- PLA vs PETG — which should I choose?
- PLA is best for decorative items, prototypes, and anything that won't be exposed to heat or impact. PETG is stronger, more flexible, and UV-stable — choose it for functional parts, outdoor use, or items that need to withstand stress. PLA is cheaper and produces a smoother finish.
